Advertised counts follow the provider’s counting method and can include calculated values and panel components. They are not counts of independent assays.

What you get: One Complete test per person. No recurring membership shown in the public shop. Doctor-reviewed results and written medical-team consultation included. Follow-up testing costs extra.

Broad metabolomics panel from Gigantest. Company advertises 250+ markers; our source index distinguishes included results from discretionary tests. TSH, thyroid antibodies, fasting insulin and IGF-1 are not listed in the standard panel. Confirm the specific tests you need before ordering.

Professional collection is booked and paid separately; the $420 kit price is not an all-in total.

Comparison counts show only confirmed matches to our shared marker catalog, not HealthieOne’s entire panel. Unmapped or assay-ambiguous tests are not credited as coverage. The complete source index is on this provider page; DIY prices cover only the mapped subset.

User sentiment: Reddit contains positive reports about support and result detail, alongside questions about collection and panel gaps. Some commenters question review authenticity. These are unverified anecdotes, not evidence of test accuracy or a representative satisfaction score.

Follow-up flags reflect the published routine list. Additional abnormal results may be retested individually; this does not guarantee a repeat of the whole panel.

Company and lab

HealthieOne is Gigantest’s consumer test, led by founder Anne Le. Testing is performed in Baltimore. CMS lists CLIA 21D2287503, CAP accreditation, and a certificate effective September 4, 2026 through September 3, 2028. Laboratory accreditation does not establish that every marketed health interpretation is clinically useful.

Collection and results

Professional or device-based self-collection uses two small vials. Professional draws must be arranged with a service that accepts the kit. The company quotes 3–7 business days after sample receipt, with possible extra review time. Included medical-team consultations are written, typically 20–60 minutes.

Paying for the test

HealthieOne says it accepts HSA/FSA payment. Insurance uses upfront payment followed by a reimbursement claim; coverage is not guaranteed. Its guide asks for a PCP requisition with diagnosis codes and the lab’s itemized receipt. We do not subtract possible reimbursement from comparison prices.

Eligibility and location

The February 2026 consent requires age 18 or older. A company Reddit response describes New York collection without a test surcharge and says Medicaid reimbursement is unavailable. We did not establish a definitive state-by-state eligibility list; confirm your address and collection service before purchase.

What coverage does not mean

TSH and thyroid antibodies are absent from the published panel and the company confirms that gap. T3/T4 are not explicitly Free T3/Free T4; CRP is not explicitly hs-CRP. Homocysteine is described as free in the cardiovascular FAQ. Vitamin D, testosterone and fatty-acid assay equivalence remain unconfirmed for our catalog. These entries remain searchable below but receive no shared-marker coverage credit.

Replacement costs and unresolved terms

Self-collection replacements are listed at $60 partial or $100 full; a full phlebotomy replacement is $60 plus the draw. Carrier-delay replacements may be free. The FAQ offers a free partial phlebotomy kit, but the shop lists $15: confirm with support. No clear general refund/cancellation policy or universal all-in draw price was verified.

How prices were checked

Prices are the public shop’s product-variant prices, checked October 2, 2026, without a coupon. Some marketing pages retain different prices or marker counts; the live Complete page advertises 250+. Shop templates display conflicting sold-out text, while the public variant feed marks the listed options available. Confirm final availability and any checkout charges.

Community reports

Reddit contains positive reports about support and result detail, alongside questions about collection and panel gaps. Some commenters question review authenticity. These are unverified anecdotes, not evidence of test accuracy or a representative satisfaction score.
